[UK] is this bupa email a scam? Received an email from what appears to be Bupa Clinics Credit Control claiming I owe £68.13 and asking me to contact them or pay by bank transfer. The email includes a customer reference number, a bupa.com email address, a UK contact number, and bank details in the name of a Bupa-related account. The thing that’s confusing me is that I only had dealings with Bupa through my employer’s health scheme in 2023 when I was trying to arrange treatment, but since the process takes so long, this never came into fruition before I left the company. I don’t remember receiving any invoice at the time. I have received one email around 3 months ago and another one today, I plan to contact bupa but wondering if it’s likely they’d request a direct bank transfer payment?
