Walmart account creation with email, but email quickly changed.. I’ve scrolled through this subreddit and seen similar instances of this occurrence: 1. Their email was used, but with completely different info, address, and payment 2. An order was placed 3. Account was deleted/order was cancelled In my case, my exact email was used to create a Walmart account and place an order, but before I was able access the account through a code sent to my email, the email on the account was changed to a burner email that has a different email tag than my own (ex. FirstLast@ gmail.com changed to FirstLast@ burneraccount.com). After the email switch, I was able to make an account with my own email, and it was a brand new account. None of my passwords were compromised and there’s no new transaction in any bank account. For ease of mind, is this something I should still be actively worried about?
