Falsely Accused of Cyber-squatting?!?!?! I just received an letter from a lawyer accusing me of cyber squatting a domain name of his client... While I completely agree cyber-squatting is wrong, I don't believe I'm in the wrong here. Let me explain way. My domain was chosen because of the keywords involved(SEO) and what I think the user would search to buy the product. Their domain: www.buyredwidgets.com My domain: www.buy-red-widgets.com (these are examples of course) As you can see, there is no "brand" involved here, it's simply matching the domain name with the keyword the user would type in the search engines. I've searched copyright and trademark databases and can't seem to find their name anywhere. What do you guys think? Should I be concerned? How should I respond? Thanks for all the help!
