Even when attempting to purchase a "1 time trial" customers are still enrolled in a reoccurring subscription that charges every month company allows for returns for the first order, but subsequent orders are "non-refundable". after purchasing and receiving my initial order, I received an email on 1/21/26 stating that a second order was placed. I reached out to the company on 1/21/26, provided the order number and requested that it be canceled immediately as I had not interest in the subscription or another shipment of gum. The order was not canceled and was shipped on 1/24/26. I reached back out to the company again on 1/27 (product has not been received) and again requested that the order be canceled, subscription (that I never authorized) be canceled and my money be refunded. they stated that because the shipment was already "out the door" it could not be refunded in accordance with their return policy (https://buylarine.com/policies/refund-policy). This business uses deceitful business practices to lock customers into a subscription model and then removes the ability to be refunded for unauthorized purchases once the subscription is discovered by the customer. I purchased their product expecting a one-time purchase, but shortly afterward I discovered I had apparently been placed into a recurring subscription without my clear consent. Despite those requests, the company continued to charge my credit card and ship additional product. I had to request cancellation three separate times before they finally acknowledged it. By that point, additional orders had already been processed and shipped that I explicitly told them I did not want.
