You can only order it when you buy a charm. I know the money is minuscule but the impact is huge when you are giving this as a gift to a grandchild. I didn't receive the gift packaging at all. Even though I ordered it and paid for it. I called customer service and they said all they could do was refund me the $2.00. I wouldn't have bought it online if that was the case. They aren't going to do anything about it. I asked them to just send me a box , a pandora note card, and the bag for each charm, and they said it was impossible for them to do that. They shouldn't offer it online and make people think they could buy it if they can't deliver. Alot of people would just let the $2 go because it is not worth the bother.
