I placed an order on calmieshops.com. The one item I did receive did not work as advertised and the 2nd item is on backorder. The item I did receive was very poor quality. Not as advertised. I emailed calmieshops several times about canceling the backorder item along with returning the item I received that did not work. It has been several weeks since I first contacted calmieshops and I have not received a response from the company.
