The website is refusing to pay me until I verify my identity by providing a proof of address, photo ID, and bank statement. I have provided all of the necessary information but yet https://casino.click/ is saying they want the following: • Bank Statement or Certificate: Submit a bank statement or a certificate from your bank showing your bank’s name, account holder’s name, account number, and routing information for direct transfers. Casino.click then asked me to personally email them my full bank account number. This is fraud from this casino site asking for all this information when a bank statement from my bank isn't somehow good enough for this scamming company. This casino operates in the USA and is scamming users by trying to collect personal information from customers. I am filing a claim against this company for the gift card amount of: $34.24. The company is refusing to close my account AND provide me my winning balance from their operating casino in the USA. This casino site needs to be flagged for fraud.
