Toshi.bet Allowed My Self-Excluded Secondary Account to Keep Gambling - Lost $7,276 USDC I need to warn everyone about Toshi.bet and how they fail at responsible gambling, especially with secondary accounts. Here's what happened: On January 15th I requested permanent self-exclusion due to gambling addiction. Despite this, my linked secondary account remained fully active. Toshi.bet allowed internal transfers and new deposits over $7,200 USDC on that secondary account while knowing I was an addicted player under self-exclusion. I continued betting and lost everything on this secundary account ($7,276 USDC). Casino Guru confirmed in their investigation that the casino failed to protect me by allowing the linked secondary account to stay open for 12 days after self-exclusion. They ruled in my favor (Guilty verdict for the casino), but Toshi.bet refused to refund the losses. Casino Guru Verdict: Toshi.bet has a Low Safety Index. The case was closed as Unresolved due to the casino’s lack of cooperation and insufficient responsible gambling safeguards. They operate under Anjouan license ALSI-142311005-FI2. Proof: Full Casino Guru complaint (with all details about the secondary account): https://casino.guru/complaints/toshi-bet-casino-player-reports-casino-for-violation Stay away from Toshi.bet. Their self-exclusion is fake. They let addicted players (even on secondary accounts) keep depositing and gambling until they lose everything.
