I was sent a text message to my phone from a recruiter named Jessica Hubbard. The text asked if I would like to apply for a job. I have been actively applying for jobs via linkedin.com. I was provided an email address which was HR @cellcure.com. I sent my résumé. I was contacting back via text and asked if I would like to apply for a job position as a data entry specialist for the amount of $30 an hour I sent my résumé. I was next asked to take an online test about my skills. I got test results back and passed the next day. I received an offer of employment via email. I was asked to sign an offer letter and send it back via email. I was contacted again via email from Jessica Hubbard and was given an employee portal login to set up my employment information. We then started communicating on an app called Telegram. We had a live chat and then she sent me a welcome video telling me to check out another app that was used for data entry employees. I told her I could start as soon as possible as they asked me to start by March 30. There was mentioned that they would send me a check to pay for the software I would be using, and they asked me to check out another website application, which I never looked into until a day or so ago when I went to look for that application and could not find it I attempted to contact Jessica via email and text. I also called the phone number. She texted me from the number.. I gave my notice last week to my employer and my last day is scheduled to be tomorrow, but I have been completely ghosted by Jessica and the company and now realize this was a scam [BBB Scam Type: Employment] [Business: Cellicure] [Location: SC, USA - 29710]
