How do i know if a lawyer is legitimate? My sister is filing a claim for Birth Control problems, the ones you always see on Tv. She got Blood Clots in her Lungs and saw an Ad and wants to go through. They sent her Paperwork which looks very official to her and I, then again we've never dealt with this before so we wouldnt know. I just dont want her to give her information out and get scammed. The team ( i suppose thats what youd call it) is Chaffin Luhana LLP they are based in NY since we live in Michigan we cant just go "check out" the building.
