I made a purchase on December 18, 2025 in the amount of a $108.26. End of January, I have not received merchandise, not heard a word from your company. Sending out countless emails regarding my merchandise order and I have received zero response. Contacted bank, TPUSA responded with they sent merchandise. I never received an email, email response, shipping confirmation, NOTHING! Nor can they provide the information that they have shipped it! I would like to have my refund.
