Purchased a ticket with American Airlines for 301.15. I have never used Bestticketfare.com before but it came up under cheaptickets.com. Once purchased they called and said that I could not bring a checked bag or carryon. I told them that I was looking at a printed confirmation and it says that I can bring a checked bag for additional fee. They told me that I would've gotten a pop up message that said I couldn't check a bag or bring carryon. When questioning them about this they said that they could not produce a hardcopy because it was on their website. They found me another flight for an additional charge of 194.00. BUYER beware-do not use this website. Most sites give you 24 hour cancelation. This website does not. Once you hit submit you are on the hook for the full amount or you will be black balled from flying per their manager.
