I my a purchase today for 400 and the business stated its free delivery. They come asking for an additional 300 for some insurance but never stated this at the beginning of the sale and it’s not posted on their web page. When I asked for a refund they refused to refund me my money and said only way I get a refund if the product is damage once delivered but I have to give an extra 300.00 that I don’t trust them about because of the way they are communicating with me and when I call the number it’s not in service but their web is citytrikes.net please let me know what you can do.
