Clapclash.com is store pop-up online while I was scrolling Facebook. They were selling the portable projector. I click on and order in the amount of 49.99 and 4.99 shipping come out to 54.98$ on the transaction but end up showing 71.47$ on the credit card statement. When the product arrived it is a bad low quality product. I have tried to ask for the refund but they didn’t provide any address to be ship back or return instruction. I tried to go and dispute through my credit card company but they were not very helpful. I am stuck with the bad quality product that I cannot use and with no solution. I just want to be able to get my refund back and report this type of scammer business that’s out there. I won’t be able to click on that store anymore that’s when I realized I am being scammed.
