Ordered $150.00 boots on Clarks-Bloomfield.com that were on sale 1/2 off. In the online photos these are leather boots, vintage / rough looking booties. What arrived was suede, plastic, not as pictured at all, and the shaft of the boot is so small you cannot get your foot in. When I contacted them about a return they offered exchange only. So, money lost and lesson learned. Never again will I order from a Chinese website without a clear return policy listed.
