I ordered clean laundry sheets from cleanpeople.com on December 29, 2025 and still have not received them even though the tracking information says they will be delivered today, January 10, 2026. On their website, under frequently asked questions, one of the questions is how long will it take to get my order and the answer is 3 to 6 business days. It has been almost 2 weeks since I have placed my order. I understand that deliveries can take longer with the holidays and all, but then do not state on your website that deliveries take 3 to 6 business days. I did e-mail them today, asking for my money back since I have not received my order, and received a response stating that a reply can take up to 72 hours, however they are very busy right now.
