I was recently contacted on October 29, 2025, by email from Jessica Brown [email protected] regarding a job opportunity. I responded to the email requesting more information, and then received an email from [email protected] within the same email chain regarding a Quality Inspector position at Haiso Star Insurance. She provided four pdf documents that included an Employment Contract and Job Description that appeared to be genuine. It contained an IRS Employer Identification Number and a Commission file number. I accepted the job offer and was given access to a software platform where I managed and inspected package orders of various types of merchandise (clothing, electronics, jewelry, etc.). The website, or dashboard, is https://client-dashboard.com/user/login.php. I processed a total of 15 orders through November and early December 2025. I was never paid for my services, and after a month was denied access to the platform/dashboard. Kristen never provided a phone number, nor is there any contact information on the website or emails. I recently received a piece of mail from HSN Disputes Loss Prevention, A part of QVC Group, regarding merchandise that was delivered to my address requiring repayment of $553.52.
