Believe the fine print has changed in the 3 weeks since placing my order, as I did glance around the website, and the language at the time didn’t sound fishy. Could have swore they were based out of NJ, but now can’t find any address on the website. They have changed it to say no refunds, no order cancellations. Goes through a weird delivery “CJ Packet” tracking system I’ve never heard of. Now also says “International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.” Because it is coming from China and all orders would be subject to this. Of course, I believed it was from the US, so if that was always there, I wouldn’t have thought it mattered. Have received one email from the same email, everything through “ [email protected] ” as though there is but one person responding to everything. They say it’s been shipped and nothing they can do.
