How get a company to cover item under warranty? Hey, I don't know if this is the best place to post the question but I need help. I ordered a pair of glasses from http://www.coastal.com/ about 3 months ago and now the frame won't fit my face. It took 2 attempts and 3 days to even email them though their website for them to reply that they lost my question and another 3 days for them reply after I resent it. So almost 6 days to get a reply. On their site, it states a 365 days warranty. And in the fine print it said against manufacturer and lenses defects too. In the email reply, they said they will only replace unwore and almost new condition item. And if I mail them a pair that look wore, they won't replace, fix or return it back to me. And to return it at my own risk only. I have been wearing the glasses for 3 months consistently and it is wore. I paid $100+ for them and waited 3 weeks for them to arrive. I really need my glasses and I have to resort to wearing out of date prescription glasses I can barely see from and contact lenses that dries out my eyes. I'm a broke college student and I don't really have that much money laying around to afford new glasses now. (I just paid my semester tuition balance this month) I brought 3 pairs from them within 2 years ago and I recommended them to other people. And after talking to their customer service, I seriously regret doing business with them. How do I get their customer service to take me seriously and replace my glasses? Please help :( Thanks. :)
