In addition to this, the landlord did not provide necessary documentation in our lease agreement, including the bed bug addendum, information flyer, or control plan. It mentions that it shall be unlawful in the first sentence but includes a list of restrictions in the following subchapter. Does this mean no bees can be kept at all? For context, I am trying to put a small beehive in the backyard to help with some pollination on my plants. I do not plan to commercially sell honey or other services.
