Coecla.com online scamming company. ORDER COECLA251102094629975 Online Clothing purchased November 3, 2025. Got message today from TRACK718 that package was delivered at my door, but I did NOT received package. I reached out to TRACK718 and Coecla at [email protected] . No resolution. I clicked on an advertisement that had Macy's and the Macy's Logo. I truly thought I was ordering from Macy's, so I ordered 21 items. I then proceeded to checkout and made my payment on November 13, 2025. After making the payment I received an email stating my shipment was coming from COECLA.com. I honestly thought this was a division of Macy's. I watched daily for the shipment tracking, then on December 15, 2025 The tracking stated that the shipment was delivered to me. I messaged them stating that I had not received the shipment. I received a message that they would start an investigation. The next day I received a message that Investigations would not file a claim for them so they asked if I would take a 30% refund to which I would not agree. That night I investigated the site and determined they are a scam site. I went to my bank the next day and cancelled my card and received a new one. My bank is investigating to see if they can get a full refund. I sent them a scathing message about their dishonesty, that my bank was investigating them to get my full refund and that I hoped they would receive the punishment they deserved. A few days later I received another email from them asking if I would agree to a 50% refund. I blocked their site from contacting me again. The ad came up as Macy's. Its actually Coecla.com/ Letshth. I made 3 orders November 2&3 2025. I ordered coats & jackets for the students at Suwannee high school who can't afford them for winter. Come to find out this company is using Macys name. Stealing customer money and not wanting to pay it back or send the items. I checked with real Macys they have no order from me.
