On October 24th I purchased 2 knitted sweaters with hoods and one knitted hat from Comstylish.com. They arrived on November 9th and the knitted hat was exactly as photographed on their website, but the two knitted sweaters were nothing as photographed on their website and we're actually not knitted at all. Both are cheaply overly pixelated graphic printed hoodies. I immediately took photos and emailed the company requesting a return label for a refund. This has resulted in a lot of run around with no refund in site. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company. Comstylish has yet to even provide me with a way to reach customer service via phone, or a way to communicate electronically with someone who actually assists in returns/refunds.
