On 16th January, I saw a product on tiktok that I wanted to buy. When I clicked it, it took me to another website, outside of tiktok (corivae.com) which I now believe it took me to a fake website and not the actual site. I placed the order and within 3 minutes of ordering (not processed yet), I emailed then at [email protected] about cancelling the order and for them to refund me. I received an order confirmation from this email [email protected] . After 2 days, they finally responded to me from this email [email protected] , stating they've processed my refund and it will take 15-25 business days (unheard of). At 17 days I email asking where is my money, I keep getting the Banks need longer and 15-25 days. In the meantime, my order is no where to be found. At day 27 I emailed again asking where was my money, only responds 15-25 business days and still no product. On February 16th, the tracking said the item was delivered, that wasn't correct since I never received a package, to this day (18th). So basically, they took my money for an item bought, never sent me the item bought and also played around with me about refunding my money. This is obviously a scam. I guess it's my fault for not noticing the different emails that were being used compared to the website. They have my $24.00 and I have no product, I pray they got what they wanted from it.
