Ordered a Pellet Stove from Elegant Home USA on March 22, 2026. On March 28, 2026 I received an email that the pellet stove had been shipped. They provided me with a tracking number, which took me to a site called Couriertrackr.com. The tracking bounced around telling me it departed one facility for another for another for another. Every day for 4 days - all within Carlsbad, CA. Then it said it was delivered to an "international airport for flight abroad". Then on 4/11 apparently it departed. And tracking stopped. Now, I've never known cargo from California to travel via plane for delivery within the USA, so this was fishy off the bat. Next up - have been emailing Elegant Home USA every day, multiple times per day. No response. Called everyday. No call back.
