I ordered some tablets for my children off of Tik Tok shop. The original cost of the tablets was 89.90 in total. I never received the tablets but did however e-mail them about being a scam. The reassured me it was not a scam. About 2 weeks ago, someone used our debit card on a gambling website casinocoins.com. They charged us 15.99 three times. Our bank did refund the money spent on the casino website. Our bank did give us form to turn in for the original cost of the tablets. I do have e-mails that I'd happily forward to whomever is looking into this. I did notice that after a few e-mails, the website changed to lumenpick.com and the first website is shut down. I placed an online order through the website lumenpick.com after seeing an advertised product. After completing the purchase, I did not receive an order confirmation email, receipt, or tracking number. I checked my spam and junk folders, but nothing was received. Shortly after the purchase, I noticed unauthorized charges appearing on my credit card that I did not approve. Because of these fraudulent charges and the lack of order confirmation, I believe the website is fraudulent. I contacted my credit card company immediately, disputed the charge, and canceled my credit card to prevent further unauthorized transactions. I never received the item I ordered and have not received any legitimate communication from the website.
