On November 7, 2025 I spent $192.95 for items that the company cowboyhood.com misrepresented. Immediately, once I received the items on, 11/21/25 I have made an effort to utilize their so- called no questioned asked policy of return which clearly is a lie. They continue to offer me a discount to keep the merchandise which I don't want or need since they misrepresent the products from the beginning. They have a 30 day money back guarentee and I believe they are avoiding my refund so they can bypass those 30days. This company is fraudulent and won't provide the return shipping address so that my debit card can be refunded. I bought a hoodie for my husband on cowboyhood.com - when I received the hoodie it was nothing like the picture. I emailed them asking for a refund and where to mail it back to & was told I could receive a 20% refund which I was not going to except. They finally offered a 50% refund and I accepted and said i was keeping the item. I also never received a return address.
