Came across this [website](http://www.edascal.org/pr05.htm), everyone deserves a second chance at life, that is hosting scholarship competitions. They had a essay contest where they gave away $5,000 to 3 people. They also hosted an app creation competition which have rules and outlines that make no sense whatsoever. The website is also a cut and paste and there is no information or reference of this charity organization anywhere outside of their own website.
