Was looking on a website about freebie alerts and one of them was someone giving away an RV or camper. I contacted them and they told me to get in contact with the moving company they had so we could make arrangements to have the RV delivered to me. When I contacted them the man claimed to be a doctor who lost his wife and the RV belonged to her predominantly and so he was getting rid of it to somebody who could use it for free. So I went to the website that I was given was given a reference ID number but the website look questionable and so I checked for ways to verify an actual shipping company and when I asked them for their MC/DOT number they said they only did that in person for security purposes. According to my research online this indicated a scam. The website given was https://crossbordercargo.com. the email address of the "Doctor" is [email protected] . I originally got the contact info from https://www.facebook.com/share/18RXTNkvKC/ who was supposed to be handling posting the RV for her relative.
