I purchased a set of premium dentures from Cvioert.com on March 8, 2026 for $39.99. Saturday, March 21. 2026, the purchase arrived. It was NOTHING like the product that was advertised. I received 2 thin peices of plastic with what appears to be teeth drawn on it. I immediately went to the Website to get information about getting a return since it is "supposed" to be a 30day refund policy. The site says to email the company at [email protected] . On submitting the email I get a message saying, "Delivery failed to these recipients or groups. The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now". There is no phone number or other form of contact provided. This is truly a SCAM, pure and simple. Please don't get scammed like I did! I went to the website watched a video and read the customer reviews that were posted on the site prior to ordering and from the video I was under the understanding that they were suppose to be a full complete set of dentures lower and upper, with no glue needed, and they were suppose to form to the shape of ur mouth and set within 24 hrs. So I ordered the set which the deal was buy 1 get 1 free supposingly, I received the so called full set of dentures today and they came in a extremely small box for it to be a full set of dentures I opened the box and inside was a smaller box with a picture on the box of the full set of dentures I opened the smaller box and inside was a set of what looked to me like something you could find and buy at a costume store or for hollween. And they don't even have any thing to support them or keep them to the top of your mouth like they show in the video on the website the bottoms are the same way. I have TRYED to contact them but no reply yet. Still waiting. And when I made the order the other reason I went ahead and ordered was they also gave a 14 day 100% money back guarantee , but I doubt I will see my money returned , I previous had ordered a set of dentures from another site that advertised the same thing and I paid only $6.00 for those and received the same exact thing as I did from this site but this site charged me $41.77. judging by the price I assumed they would be more like the real deal then the ones I had previously ordered from the other site.
