Father died due to a recalled medical product. Need advice on best way to proceed My Dad was fitted with a DAVOL INC produced Kugel Patch as part of a hernia operation about 10 years ago in Toronto. On June 26th he died due to complications resulting from this patch. And if I should go independently, what is the best course of action to take as I have limited resources to fund this. My Dad moved to the UK in 2006. I also live in the UK.
