LET'S SERVE JUSTICE TO A SCAM ARTIST. NEED HELP! I have been told the Reddit community has been able to accomplish many AMAZING things. I'm hoping it can help me as well. Here we go: I hired a mobile app developer to develop an app for me. Turns out this guy was a FRAUD. After making my PayPal payments to him (total of $536.15) he began to ignore me. It wasn't until I created a PayPal dispute to get my money back that I FINALLY heard from him. This is where he threatened me, made false promises that I believed and I closed my dispute. Little did I know after a dispute is closed it cannot be reopened. So once he tricked me into closing it he was home free. He ran off with my money and I haven't heard from him since. It wasn't until I looked more into his website and address that I had realized everything was fake and I got scammed. I've tried filing fraud claims through my bank but they couldn't do anything. I've even tried to reach PayPal's legal team but have had no luck. It seems his website, address, is all fake. I even found a similar site of his in the UK (he said he's only in Connecticut). Even the pictures of "him" on these websites appear to be just fake stock photos. Everything is a lie. This guy could be scamming hundreds of people and who knows how long he's done this for. He needs to be brought to justice. Only problem is I can't bring a "ghost" to justice. I need to find out who or where he really is to take him to court. This is where I ask the Reddit community for help. Some details (not sure if they're real anymore): ****EDIT*** Was recently informed that individual details cannot be posted. Please let me know if you need individuals info and I can message them to you. his website http://www.designersmarketusa.com/ his e-mail: (msg me) his phone: (msg me) his Skype: (msg me) his address: (msg me) the PayPal e-mail he used: mariahthedesigner2012@yahoo.com another fake site of his: http://www.ctbtraining.com Please help me find this fraudulent man
