My 13 year old son used his own money to buy a desk pad for his gaming setup. He really liked the pads being sold by a company called Deskr. The agreement was that I used my credit card and he paid me cash. We placed the order on 1/12/26. We received an email on 1/13/26 that order #********** had shipped. My son excitedly began tracking the order daily but the UPS tracking number (******************) had the package in "Label Created" stage for many days. After a few days, I contacted [email protected] , the customer service email address provided on Deskr's website (https://deskr.co/) There is no phone number provided on Deskr's website. I received no response. A few days later, I sent them another email. Still no response. I found them on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/deskr.co) and sent them a Facebook private message. Still no response. Finally, on 1/31/26, after three attempts to contact their customer service, I filed a complaint with my credit card company in the hopes that I can be returned my $35 and my son can buy a different desk pad from a reputable company. I am filing a complaint here because I don't want others to be taken by the same scam. Please go after this vendor and shut down their website offering fraudulent products that never ship!
