I work for Diamond Express Transportation at 4224 N Nevada Ave in Colorado Springs. Our website is www.diamondexpress.com. A customer reached out to us requesting an update on their vehicle shipment which we have no record of. We found out that another company has created the website www.diamondexpresstransportation.com. The website says their company is Diamond Express Transportation. When you complete a quote request on their website, you receive a quote from a company called Allied Auto Transport. The address on their website shows in Colorado Springs and to a UPS store. While I believe it's legal to own the domain, I don't think it's legal for them to advertise themselves as Diamond Express Transportation on the website as a company with the same name within the same city/state as us.
