(Canada) Can anybody explain what is happening? (discreetempire.ca) So today I placed an order online from a vape website and it was for around 40 dollars. They wanted me to send an e-transfer to an email address which I did. My bank and everything showed deposited but then they called me to say they can’t access money because it’s in some other account and I have to send again with my name and order number in the e-transfer since I only put the order number in the message box in e-transfer. They are saying they won’t refund unless I pay again and if I don’t pay they will charge a cancellation fee of 35USD which if not paid will be mailed to my home address and basically threatened me. Is this a scam and what is happening here?
