Community Reports

The email I received is identical to one already posted on the BBB site. I was communicating via email to Aubrie Malone who I couldn't find existed. The web site gives a warning that the website is not secure. No legitimate business would not have a secure website. The most recent email I received is: Thank you for your message. I’ve already sent a message to the moving company, instructing them to release the piano to you. I’ve also forwarded your email to them, so they have your contact details and will be reaching out to you directly. You can also email them directly to arrange the moving process. Dixel Globalink Logistics and Freight https://dixelglobalinklogistic.express/ [email protected] Just let them know Aubrie Malone referred you with the Reference Code: RS4022091 Make sure to send an email for a faster response. Most importantly, provide your address for a delivery quote and schedule a delivery date with them. Once the piano arrives, I’d love it if you could take some pictures or videos of the delivery, it would be wonderful to see it settled into its new home. Please let me know if there's anything else you need, and I'll be happy to assist. I wanted to let you know that I'll be undergoing minor surgery tomorrow, which might limit my access to email. NOTE: Ensure you CC me in all correspondence you get with the mover. I want to be involved in every step of the way to ensure a smooth delivery, for this is necessary on my part. Thank you, Malone.
