I looked at going to the "Dutton ranch Wear' store in Kerrville, Texas. The address turns out to be a city park in Kerrville, not a business. Numerous requests to their service line ( [email protected] ) received no valid reply, only statements of, 'you did not order anything' or 'send order number', etc. Their web site is "Duttonranchwear.com" (when I type in that .com address my firewall goes off as a fraud alert). Also, they give no phone number to call, as the form you sent will not cycle unless a phone number for them was given, as there was none I entered the phone number for the TV show 'Rockford Files'.
