I searched Google for the Southwest Airlines customer service phone number and unknowingly clicked on a link to a company called Easemytrip.co.uk. I was trying to add a pet to a flight reservation. They charged me $75 to do this when it is free if I was really dealing with Southwest. I asked questions about why there was a charge now in addition to at the airport, and he made up some response. They want you to think they are Southwest but they are not. After I figured out they scammed me, I called the phone number back twice. I realized then that their phones appear to systematically muffle their voice when they give the name of the company at the beginning of the call.
