Echodishtv.com took my parents money and they wont call back. http://echodishtv.com/ My parents were coerced by a dish network sales agent, possibly third party, to install this service and get instant access to all the channels they need for a one time fee and free installation. My parents sent them money via western union, and now they can't get a hold of the agent, apparently hes left on "vacation" and no one else knows where the money went. It has been nearly 2 weeks since they sent the money out. Any ideas what the next step is? This is close to $300 lost to my parents that live pay check to paycheck.
