Think I've been scammed by 'Ecoparcel', a courier service (Europe only). How do I get my money back/fuck with them? [Here](https://www.ecoparcel.net/?Pages.Home) is the site. I've made my order and paid in advance. Dude was supposed to come today 'any time during regular work hours', hasn't shown. Company is entirely online and doesn't have an address or phone number. They've ignored my email (or at least haven't responded yet). Online I've found examples of people having no problems with them at all, others having some issues with getting the package delivered on time, and other people saying they've been scammed as no-one ever turned up and they heard nothing more. This is confusing because it means they do actually exist...it's not just an internet black hole of scammingness. Anyway, assuming I've been scammed, is there any way to get my money back? Or can I at least cause them some bother? **Edit: Update** In case anyone comes across this again: they weren't scamming me in the end; they were just incompetent. Lost my order. Had to send lots of angry emails to get them to give me a definite day they would come back. So in the end you are paying less for more hassle, basically...
