I received a call after entering my information inquiring on Covered California website. Posed as a legitimate health care provider (Pure Health Agency LLC) and offered me a plan that would be accepted by Kaiser. Sent member id card with Good Health Distribution Partners (doesn't exist) and First Health Network (provider locater only) listed. Kaiser confirmed they do not accept this insurance and when attempting to contact the agent, Adam Rauf, at the number and ext he provided, the phone number immediately places you on hold and hangs up after so many minutes. The member portal link in the email sent to me only takes me to the fake membership card. The phone numbers on the card are a runaround stating, "you have reached us outside our normal business hours". When doing a search for Good Health Distribution Partners, website empocorp.com appears to be a good source, but takes you to a web address (numbers and letters that don't make sense) that immediately makes you prove you are not a robot (suspicious).
