Earthmoving MSU scam! HELP. https://emsu-equipment.com Location: Windham, Maine So Earthmoving MSU asked for a total of $35,850 and, like a fool, I wired it to them. They have now, three times, physically sent packages (which supposedly had a cashiers check) from DE in which the tracking number shows my name and address but the actual package does not have my name or address. The label was supposedly made in Mount Olive, NC, their primary business location which has been confirmed as a lie. My bank and my town police aren’t that into pushing from their sides. USPIS (Investigative) has been the best so far. Aside from spending additional money on a lawyer, what steps should I take?
Eartmoving MSU. https://emsu-equipment.com So I looked them up and they seemed legit. I wired them $35,850. They failed delivery three times so I cancelled the order. They sent me a cashiers check through UPS but it never came and the package never moved. They sent me a cashiers check through USPS. I had them send me a photo. It was at a NC center. It almost arrived but then was returned. The USPS investigation proved it was actually sent from Delaware. “Oh I’ll wire you. So sorry!” Yeah, delay delay delay. I’ve now asked for an appointment at their NC bank and I said I’d travel all the way from Maine to get my money. Never happened. They have now stopped responding to e-mails. Please feel free to look them up online and call any of their numbers and ask them why they didn’t deliver and why they won’t return my money. My name is Mike from Maine. Thanks.
Scammed by https://emsu-equipment.com Location: Windham, Maine I thought we did enough reviewing of this company. It turns out they are just scammers. I sent them a total of $35,850 for a Bobcat Skid Loader and forks. They didn’t deliver three different times. They’ve had multiple “attempts” of sending me a cashiers check but they are confirmed as lies by the USPS investigation. My local police have said it’s a civil matter and they won’t get involved. How do I find these people and get my money back? Thanks!
