[US] Can Anyone Help Me Tell if This Person Is Trying to Scam Me Hello, I am writing this post because I am suspicious that I may be getting scammed. It started over a week ago where I had tried to commission a hat from someone over on r/hats when I had began to communicate with a user who I had thought was trustworthy. However as of giving them the correct measurements today, they have asked for payment over Cashapp and Zelle, with them giving me a sketchy Cashapp QR code ( the user was a “Inaya Ahmed” who is not a known hat maker or artist ) and a Zelle email ( info@energixsolutions.us ) which is a known Zelle scam email. I just want to be sure that I am assuming correctly and not overreacting since I’ve been scammed in the past. If anyone can help me resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate whatever input you may have.
