I requested a quote to purchase a used engine through Jasper engines.com. I received a follow up email from "Mike Miller" ( [email protected] ). I called the phone number and purchased the engine, 20 Nov 2025. The estimated delivery date was 19 December 2025. I spoke with a customer support rep that told me the engine was late due to the holiday's but would arrive by the 26th of December; If it did not arrive I would receive a full refund. They did not deliver and have not returned my phone calls. Today I was able to speak with someone that informed me to receive the engine I would have to pay additional shipping fee's (the previous employees told me nothing further would need to be paid).
