A year and a half ago, I placed an order on eshakti.com, a fully operational and legitimate looking website. Order # 2030229. I received an email order confirmation but never received my items. I followed up with the company's customer service several times. I received a response on the first time saying "Your order was delayed due to a quality issue in the fabric lot we received and this has delayed the shipment. We are working with our manufacturing team to get you an estimated date of delivery and will keep you posted on the status." I did not receive a response after that. In looking into it more, I found out that this company is possibly out of business and now just scamming people. I asked for refund but got no response.
