Warning: Avoid buying from Europa Cosmetica International / europacosmetica.com. I placed an order on May 31 and never received the item. They gave me a USPS tracking number, but the tracking does not show that the item was ever handed over to USPS. It looks like they created a label but never actually shipped anything. I emailed them couple of times asking for a refund and they ignored me. I believe this company is fraudulent and not trustworthy. I would strongly recommend avoiding them. I also saw some 4- and 5-star reviews on Trustpilot that are fake. the 1-star reviews are real ones because many of them are recent and describe the same issue I experienced: customers placing orders but never receiving anything. I’m reporting this to Scamwatch and my bank, and I’m posting here to warn others so they do not lose money too.
