[US] existlive.com — ExistGive LLC / ExistLive is a scam for contractors If you're about to sign a contract with ExistGive LLC (CEO: Ilia Karas), read this first. Don't be me. I took on a backend development contract with ExistGive LLC (Delaware-registered, runs the ExistLive platform, previously connected to Mouse Live Inc). Signed a real consulting agreement through SignWell. The CEO, Ilia Karas, signed as CEO himself. I did the work. Their CTO and QA specialist reviewed and approved everything. No complaints, no issues, no objections — ever. The day after my final working day, they terminated my email, revoked my access to every system, and stopped responding entirely. No notice, no message, nothing. I emailed. I texted. I messaged on Telegram. I went through two of their own employees to try to reach Ilia Karas directly. Ten-plus attempts. The only thing I ever got back was a claim of a 'miscommunication' relayed through a colleague. When I asked the CTO directly about this so-called miscommunication, he confirmed there wasn't one. Then Ilia Karas's company deleted the signed contract from SignWell while the dispute was active. I already had my own copy with the full audit trail. I sent a formal demand letter by certified mail addressed to Ilia Karas, CEO. Delivered, signed for, confirmed. Still no response. At this point: * DC Attorney General's office contacted Ilia Karas and ExistGive LLC twice. No response to either inquiry. Case closed because they refused to engage. * A collection agency has been calling and emailing them for weeks. No response. Draw your own conclusions. Ilia Karas and ExistGive LLC accept work, don't pay for it, ignore every follow-up including government inquiries, and continue hiring new developers. If you're thinking about working with ExistGive LLC, good luck. And if you do decide to go for it anyway, get milestone payments, everything in writing, and assume you'll be fighting for your final paycheck
