I saw through jetcost a flight Arajet, which i paid in the morning, i did receive only a code which passed about 3 to 4hrs and i was getting no notification, i called them and got Octavio on the phone and he said that he was trying to call me but it wasn't going through and i said that is why i gave two numbers because i knew already, anyway he said that the flight Arajet will not flight on the date that I have chosen, I said well no problem cancel the reservation anyway because up to that moment i saw my account which they did not charge yet. The fight started there because he told me that because I did use that platform they had to charge me anyway, I said look I work in the same field, if there is no flight you can not charge for something that is not even available. Then by a flight that was 297 he told me he had one that total cost will be 900 dollars, off course i flipped because that was way of my budget and it was then in that moment i told him that i didnt have that money on my account and what he did was charge my card at that moment without having the arajet flight available. then i felt already loosing anyway i said switch the booking to return with spirit the one at that moment that was on their website for $199 which he refusedt o and charged me again 157,49 additional, i flipped again because i just bought one for my friend that morning for 204 dollars and at that moment i gave up. I had ti use my card and my colleague card because he wont close the call and he already charged me, then the code i got was never registered, i did send 3 emails with no reply ever, 2 to expertosenvuelos.com and 1 for jetcost. I have some prove about the ticket which the codes for the flight is not found anyway, i do have some more evidence in case.
