Couple are advertising dogs for adoption, act totally legit then then after getting a deposit they send you to a "delivery agency" who wont deliver the dog unless they get $710 for crate deposit and $1100 pet insurance fee. The couple never mentions these fees during initial conversation but claim they need to be paid. At first it what just the "crate fee", which they said was refundable, when paid they hit you withe the "pet insurance fee".
