ordered a cat scratch item from a Facebook page, faithfully.com, on Nov 3rd. By December 3rd, nothing was receievd and a tracking number that they provided at the time of purchase indicated the item was coming from Ireland and was last in Jacksonville, FL. I contacted them through the email address they sent me with the tracking information, requesting where the item was. They said they would resend it. I did not hear from them and requested a tracking number on Dec 11. They sent me another tracking number that indicated the item was coming from China, but no movement since then. On Jan 3rd, with still no results, I contacted PayPal and requested a refund. After a week, Paypal indcated the that they were closing the case because they sent them a confirmation that it was shipped and received by me. They are showing a website that, within a few days, after I contacted Paypal that, the item was sent to Chicago, IL, sent out ot me, and that it was delivered to my mailbox.
