After awaiting few weeks with no update on shipping, I attempted to contact orders department and USA 1-800 number and email for USA rep and the emails of others as the company is in Slovakia after researching. No reply on shipping or refund. Only email isan auto reply stating due to Holidays and back log and employees not returning to company/factory they are unable to reply.
